Strategic Plan

The Mayerson Academy is working closely with the Cincinnati Public Schools to identify and offer effective professional development in support of the district’s new Building Futures Strategic Plan.

The CPS vision includes:

“…Students are educated in standards-based classrooms by highly qualified teachers and staff who organize themselves as Learning Teams to share expertise, maximize resources and provide instruction that meets the learning needs of each student….All employees at all levels of the organization are accountable for results and continue to develop professionally to support student and district progress.”
