Organizational Consulting

Leverage the strengths in your organization to solve your biggest challenges and maximize new opportunities.

Designed for teams and organizations looking to increase effectiveness and build a positive workplace culture.

Engaging, relevant, memorable programs

Change and strategy are hard enough without belaboring the process. So, whether you’re working to define your organization’s vision, establish a new strategic plan, solve an intractable challenge, or boost your team culture, our team tailors engaging, relevant and memorable programs to meet your needs.

Designed to suit each organization

Our team applies research-based approaches to ensure the experience exceeds your expectations. First, we take the time to get to know you and your organization so we can tailor an approach that works in your unique context. Then we align with you on outcomes and create learning experiences designed to engage your constituents and lead to results.

Our expert facilitators and consultants have worked across the country with national membership organizations, policymakers, foundations and innovation accelerators to create conversations and solutions that matter.

Unique programs for higher education

We know that when educators are highly engaged in their work, students thrive. However, a 2016 Gallup survey found that 52% of Higher Ed faculty were not engaged at work and 14% were actively disengaged (Gallup 2017). To tackle this challenge, we partner with colleges and universities to build campus-wide cultures of wellbeing that increase employee engagement and ultimately drive student success. Through innovative staff and faculty engagement programs, assessment tools and leadership consulting, our consultants help create thriving campus communities.

Creating connected and empowered neighborhoods

What if we could activate the strengths in our neighbors to create more connected, engaged and empowered residents? That is the question that drives our work in neighborhoods and with community organizations. Our consultants work with residents, community leaders and local organizations to build resident-led community change initiatives or bolster existing programs through the infusion of character strengths. Working together, we help activate neighborhoods to create positive community impact.
