Last year Connie West shared some resources for Character Day on our blog. This year we are getting an earlier start preparing for this global event! Now in its third year, Character Day, set for September 22nd, is an exciting global day where students, families and educators from around the world screen films on the science of character development from different perspectives. Students dive into free printed discussion materials and resources while joining an online global conversation around character — focusing on who they are, who they want to be in the world, and how to develop these character strengths (resilience, grit, empathy, courage, kindness)–all rooted in evidence-based research.
